Cancellation Policy (events, seminars, conferences)

This policy applies to participation in events organised by Georgios Aslanis (sole proprietorship), trading as GA Strategic Partnerships (seminars in person or online, conferences, retreats and similar).

1. Notice

If you cannot attend, please tell us as soon as possible at info@gastrategicpartnerships.com.

2. Standard prepaid participation (no discount)

2.1 Cancellation at least 5 working days before the event: full refund.

2.2 Cancellation later than that, or not attending without notice: the amount paid is not refunded.

2.3 You may change your participation (another date of the same event, or another person in your place) up to 5 working days before the event at no extra cost.

3. Early-booking participation (with discount)

The early-booking discount lets us plan the event. Changes are possible up to 5 working days before the event. If you cancel, the amount is not refunded; you may send another person in your place.

4. Repeated changes

If you repeatedly cancel or change a participation, we may keep the amount paid to reserve your place.

5. If we cancel or change an event

If we cancel an event, you receive a full refund or, if you prefer, a place at a later date. If we change the date, you may keep your place or receive a full refund.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you take part as a consumer, you keep every right that consumer protection law gives you (Greek Law 2251/1994 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU), including any right of withdrawal that applies.
