Any information about an identified or identifiable natural person, such as name, email address or telephone number.

3. What data we collect, why, and on what legal basis

3.1 Contact form: name, company, email, telephone, website (optional) and your message. Purpose: to answer you and, if you wish, to arrange a meeting. Legal basis: steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

3.2 "Notify me" form (Events): your email address. Purpose: to tell you about our next events. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in each email or by writing to us.

3.3 Meeting booking (HubSpot calendar on the Contact page): the details you enter when you book (name, email, chosen time, any note). Purpose: to arrange and hold the meeting. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b). The calendar loads only when you click "Show the calendar".

3.4 Event registration: name, company, email, telephone, number of seats; if you pay online, the payment details are handled directly by the payment provider and are not seen or stored by us. Purpose: to manage your registration and the event. Legal basis: the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); invoicing records: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

3.5 Technical data: when you visit the Website, our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser and time of visit in its server logs, for security and to keep the Website working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)).

3.6 We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, they will run only with your consent, and this Policy will be updated first.

Providing your data is voluntary. Without the data marked as required in a form, we cannot answer you or register you.

4. Who receives your data

4.1 Our processors, bound by a data-processing agreement: HubSpot, Inc. and its affiliates (forms, email list, meeting booking; this HubSpot account uses HubSpot's EU data centre); our hosting and security provider; and, for paid events, the payment or ticketing provider named on the registration page.

4.2 Our accountant and the tax authorities, only for invoices.

4.3 We never sell your data and never give it to third parties for their own marketing.

5. Transfers outside the EU

HubSpot, Inc. is based in the USA. HubSpot states that it safeguards transfers of personal data from the EEA with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (HubSpot Privacy Policy, legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy, read 23/10/2026). Where another processor transfers data outside the EEA, it does so only with one of the safeguards of the GDPR (Art. 44-49).

6. How long we keep your data

  • Enquiries through the contact form or booking: 2 years after our last contact, unless we start working together.
  • "Notify me" list: until you unsubscribe.
  • Event registrations: 2 years after the event; invoices and accounting records for the period Greek tax law requires.
  • Server logs: up to 30 days.

7. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data; correct it; have it erased; restrict its processing; receive it in a portable format; object to processing based on our legitimate interest; and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing done before the withdrawal. Write to info@gastrategicpartnerships.com. We answer free of charge within one month; for complex requests this may be extended by two more months, and we will tell you so within the first month. We may ask you to confirm your identity.

9. Automated decisions

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
