About the founder

“My belief is that our value is measured by how much we help and serve others. My own game has always been to keep breaking my personal record — in helping and serving, and most importantly, in creating positive change for civilization.

I created this company to help leaders with a good purpose achieve it, by giving them a hand to build their company’s HR and a real team of reliable and effective people.”

As a young entrepreneur

George Aslanis has been building and running businesses since childhood. At 22, still studying Marketing and Business Administration, he took over a failing restaurant-bar on Mykonos that was weeks from closing. In today’s money it was taking a few hundred euro a day. Two seasons later it was taking as much as 17,000 euro per day — and had started a trend in daytime entertainment.

In search of experience

He went on to London, where he continued his studies and started working as a financial consultant. By the age of 27 he had worked in or run ventures across 23 different industries — from industrial production to hospitality, from communications to construction — learning the game from both sides: as an employee and as an employer.

The turning point: the Hubbard Management System

In 1993 he came across and started studying the Hubbard Management System. He applied it in his business with results he never thought existed. That was when he found what he liked most: helping people succeed and create positive change. He moved into management support and built a company that trained business leaders through seminars.

President, WISE Europe

That same hands-on drive carried him into 22 years as President of WISE Europe, the European arm of an international membership organization for entrepreneurs. There, he mastered the Hubbard Management System, built its membership and local chapters across the continent, created new tools, ran its conventions and training seminars, worked directly with business owners and executives, and served as its public voice in Europe.

Seminars and speaking in 50 nations

Through lectures and seminars he has helped thousands of business people from over 50 different nations develop their skills, apply what they learned, and get real results. He teaches the way he works: no theory, no slides to take home. People leave a seminar able to do something they could not do that morning. He speaks at conferences, conventions and company events on request.

“I learned so much from him by attending some of his seminars. In a short amount of time, he is able to give you a level of motivation and understanding that I have rarely encountered.”
Fabio Lo Fria · Chairman of the Board, Effetto Domino srl, Rome

Thirty years of running businesses, hiring, failing and fixing — GA Strategic Partnerships is what that turned into.

Why “Others talk. We get it DONE.”

It’s a promise built from a pattern we’ve watched play out in the field of Management Support for years: a business leader talks to a consultant, a coach, an advisor. Each one comes in, delivers something, and leaves. The work of actually making it happen stays with the leader, alone.

We built GA Strategic Partnerships to be the exception — the partner who stays beside you until the strategy is actually moving, not just written down. This is Active Management Support.

George Aslanis is a highly effective executive and person who has the ability to make any other person feel great and valued. He is a person with real applicable know-how and experience who has assisted hundreds of owners and leaders around the world, including me, to move their business in the right direction, for more expansion and increased solvency.”

The GA Strategic Partnerships owl mark

What we stand for

Our mark carries the owl, the most recognizable sacred emblem of the goddess Athena. Not as decoration, but as a symbol of the values and ideals at the heart of our philosophy — the principles that shape the way we work and the way we conduct ourselves.

Athena is best known as the goddess of wisdom. But the wisdom she embodies is not wisdom for its own sake — it is wisdom put into action.

Wisdom put into action

Sound judgment, good counsel, reason prevailing over impulse, self-mastery in the face of instinctive reaction.

Integrity and discipline

Strategy, foresight, planning, and intelligence over brute force.

The skill of the maker

The ingenuity to turn an idea into something real — something built to stand the test of time.

And above all, she represents civilization itself.

The endeavor to make the world around us better. To uphold what is right. To help and protect people. To defend what has value and is worth preserving.

That spirit never dies.

It lives wherever someone chooses wisdom over impulse. Creation over destruction. Integrity over convenience. What is right, even when it is difficult.

And although Athena is a deity of the ancient Greeks, the spirit she represents belongs to no single people and no single place. It is not confined to Greece, nor to Rome, where she was honored as Minerva. It lives in every person, in every place and in every age where someone chooses to live and create by these values and ideals.

Her owl expresses the same spirit, more quietly.

Its gift is not simply intelligence. It is the ability to see clearly where others see only darkness. Where there is uncertainty, confusion, or a path that has yet to reveal itself.

It observes calmly before it moves. It sees beyond the obvious. And it does not merely perceive what lies before it; it discerns where things are leading.

Sees clearly.
Judges wisely.
And then acts.

We did not choose Athena’s owl to lend distinction to a mark.

We chose it because, in the owl and in all that it represents, we recognize something of our own. The values and ideals we have chosen to serve every day. The way we aspire to think, decide, create, and conduct ourselves toward the people who place their trust in us.

And because we know we are not alone in this.

The leaders who carry it

Every leader who has guided a business through difficult times and enabled it to endure; who chose the harder right over the easier wrong; who took responsibility when it would have been easier to avoid it; who created something of value and built it to outlast them — already expresses this spirit.

Whether they have ever put a name to it or not.

What that work builds

Because business, when practiced with wisdom, integrity, and genuine care for people, is one of the most important forces for human progress and the advancement of civilization.

It gives people the opportunity to build self-esteem through their work and through the act of creating. It feeds families. It creates prosperity. It builds trust between people who were once strangers. It turns ideas into reality, and human ingenuity into things that make people’s lives better.

And when those who lead businesses act according to these principles, they do something far greater than grow a company.

They help build a better world. A new civilization.

A civilization worthy of being passed on with pride to the generations that follow.

This is the work we have chosen.

And if, in these words, you recognize something of your own way of seeing the world, then this spirit is already familiar to you.

We share something deeper than a business interest.

We share a way of seeing the world — and a responsibility for what we leave behind.

This is the spirit of GA Strategic Partnerships.

And it would be an honor to build alongside you.
